Oh, heyyyyyyyy . . .

Alright.  Let's talk about it.  It's been a while.  I know.  I would apologize but let's be real y'all.  This Mama has been busy with a capital B!  I've lost count of the number of lunches I have crammed down my gullet while standing in my kitchen when I actually remember to eat.  Besides, we all know I'm not a "blogger".  This is merely a means to an end.  I get to post pics of my treats and maybe give you a little story to accompany the pictures.  With any luck you will Pin, Share, Tweet or Instagram my creations.  With even more luck, I'll gain a client or twelve.

Here are some of the things I've been up to since my last post in (cough) October.  You know, besides being a stay-at-home mom, supportive wife, housekeeper, chauffeur, launderer, chef, personal shopper, gift wrapper . . .

First there was this.

Then these.

Followed by these.

Got a kick out of making these for a friend's son's Winter Olympics birthday party.

These brought "cheer" to my day.

I made white chocolate peppermint popcorn and bark
for my husband's colleagues and my daughter's teachers and school staff.

These made me "Merry".

These for a neighb.

Then this chick-a-dee turned four.

And requested Frozen cake pops.
Eeesh!  I am NOT a fan of commercial characters.  I don't do them for paying customers.
But when a sweet Lil' Lady of Leisure asks, you do your damnedest.
This was the result.

Some New Year's fun.

This one started Pre K so that meant she got her very first First-Day Cake.
(Don't judge.  I never claimed to be a cake decorator.)

Had fun making some more coral cake pops.

For the sports-minded folks.

With some more things in the works.

I do hope after seeing all of these you understand why I haven't blogged in a while.
I'm willing to bet you hadn't even noticed my absence.

Make it a sweet week, y'all!
